Payment:
We accept all major credit cards as a form of payment. Secure online payments can also be made directly through our client portal on this website. Sliding scale payment options are available if eligible.
While we do not accept insurance, we can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are responsible for verifying eligibility and reimbursement details with their insurance provider.
Good Faith Estimate:
You have the privilege to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”, from your health care provider that explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients, who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance, an estimate of charges for medical and mental health services.
You have the privilege to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare and mental health services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an appointment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can challenge the bill.
Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. For additional questions or inquiries about your rights for a Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
