I provide virtual psychotherapy for adults in Indiana and Michigan, offering a supportive and grounded space for individuals seeking meaningful, lasting change. My work is integrative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based approaches with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.
I specialize in working with women and high-achieving adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, burnout, perfectionism, and chronic stress. Many clients also seek support for mood-related concerns, emotional dysregulation, and patterns that feel difficult to shift on their own.
Therapy may also focus on improving self-esteem and body image, strengthening communication and interpersonal skills, and addressing challenges within family dynamics and relationships. I provide additional support for individuals navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and women’s mental health concerns, including perinatal experiences during pregnancy and postpartum.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.
I also work with individuals experiencing suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors, focusing on stabilization, safety, and compassionate support while building healthier coping strategies.
The goal of therapy is not just symptom relief, but deeper reconnection.

I always like to say, “every great athlete has had a coach along the way “. I believe we are not meant to figure out life alone. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek therapy when they notice they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Others come to therapy during times of transition, stress, or when old coping strategies no longer feel effective.
Therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing persistent anxiety, low mood, burnout, difficulty managing emotions, relationship challenges, trauma symptoms, or a sense that something “isn’t working” in your life even if you can’t fully name it.
Ultimately, therapy is for anyone who wants support, clarity, and a space to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. If you’re wondering whether it could help you, that curiosity alone is often a good place to start.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows me to offer therapy that is personalized, flexible, and focused on your needs rather than insurance requirements. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We are human first. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we work with the whole person. I also place a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe trust, safety, and genuine connection are the foundation of effective therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and never judged — so you can show up as you are, at your own pace.
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs in the moment. Some work may focus on building coping skills and emotional regulation, while other work may gently explore deeper patterns, beliefs, and relational experiences that shape how you move through the world.
